Best Places to Find Christmas Lights OKC
Lights On Broadway
Dates: Nov. 20, 27 & Dec. 4, 11, 4-7pm
Location: Automobile Alley

Lights on Broadway is located in the historic Automobile Alley district of OKC and features the district’s holiday open house and experience. This attraction offers a glittering light display during the 6th annual Lights On Broadway event!
Guests of the event will have access to various retail shops and restaurants. Enjoy pointing out each window display in addition to pop-up activities, special promotions, and giveaways. In addition, guests enjoy live music, balloon art, performances, photos with Snow Globe Santa, and more.
Downtown Light Displays

Downtown OKC is transformed every year into a stunning display of lights to be enjoyed throughout the holiday season! Guests of the city can explore each unique district and experience the different light installations from November to January.
The best destinations to discover light displays include:

- Bricktown Canal Lights, Neon trees, and Bricktown Christmas Tree
- Deep Deuce holiday lights

’Tis the Season at Scissortail Park

Celebrate the season at Scissortail Park with a variety of festivities including the Union Station Illumination, a free concert, holiday lights and tours, the Menorah Lighting, visits with Santa Claus, and more. Everyone is invited to bundle up, stroll the grounds, enjoy the lights, and soak in the holiday spirit.
Have Yourself a Myriad Little Christmas
Dates: November 26 – January 2
Location: Myriad Botanical Gardens

Myriad Botanical Gardens is located in Downtown Oklahoma City. Visitors to the garden can enjoy beautiful light displays and decorations throughout the botanical gardens as well as participate in special events and attractions from November to January.
In addition, the Children’s Garden Winter Wonderland will take place giving children a chance to explore unique light displays from lanterns to twinkle lights, wrapped trees, Santa’s workshop and more.
The Holiday mART is another great display to check out located in the Crystal Bridge Visitor Lobby which includes more than a dozen local artists and artisans displaying original works in every price range.
OKC Zoo Safari Lights
Dates: November 6, 2021 – January 9, 2022

OKC ZOO SAFARI LIGHTS is a larger-than-life light display showcasing over 59 wildlife-themed light sculptures viewable on a driving tour through the Zoo. Guests can enjoy animated light displays, festive treats, kids activities and weekend visits with Santa.
While guests can drive through the light display, there is also the option to walk through a separate experience including the Children’s Zoo and Dino safari.
Frontier City’s Holiday In the Park
Dates: November 20, 2021 – January 2, 2022

Frontier City Six Flags is Oklahoma’s largest theme park. During the holiday season, the park transforms into a festive holiday event with twinkling light displays, rides and attractions.
Guests of the park can enjoy events, special meet and greets and more throughout the season from November to January on select dates from 5 to 9pm. Day tickets and season pass pricing may vary.
5Ks, Causes and Lifestyle Holiday Experiences OKC
Saints Santa Run presented by SSM Health
Dates : December 4, 7-11am

The Saints Santa run is a great opportunity to get a work out and participate in a festive run. Each year, the family-friendly holiday run allows families of all ages including their pets to race in downtown Oklahoma City for a festive 5K.
Participants will receive a commemorative Saints Santa Run t-shirt and finisher medal, and are invited to dress up in their best costumes for a chance to win special prizes.
A Dog Day in December
Dates: December 2, 5:30-8pm

Residents and guests with dogs will have an opportunity to bring the pups out to the Midtown Mutts Dog Park. A pet themed holiday party will take place on Thursday, December 2 from 5:30pm-8pm.
Pet owners can purchase photos with their pup and Santa printed on-site and enjoy snacks and drinks for the humans with complimentary “puppuccinos” for their furry friends.
Curbside Chronicle’s Wrap Up Homelessness & Holiday Wreaths

A great way to celebrate the holiday season is giving back within the community. Make an impact on OKC by supporting Curbside Chronicle’s Wrap Up Homelessness and Holiday Wreaths Campaign. Each year, Curbside Chronicle and Curbside Flowers employs individuals transitioning out of homelessness to sell the unique gift wrap packages and create gorgeous wreaths for purchase.

Merry Midtown

Holiday Pop-Up Shops

The Holiday Pop-Up Shops are located Midtown in Downtown Oklahoma City. This year, guests can enjoy the iconic geodesic domes along with the market tents for each vendor. Local shops rotate weekly for a variety of vendors and artisans.
Guests can also enjoy local favorite treats from Katiebug’s Hot chocolate to The Big Friendly. Also, pick up a Christmas tree from the Bishop John Carroll tree lot. The event features live music, surprise visits from Santa and Curbside Chronicle wrapping paper sales.

Devon Ice Rink

Location: Myriad Botanical Gardens

The Devon Ice Rink is located in the Myriad Botanical Gardens in Downtown OKC. Enjoy ice skating with the entire family from November until January 30th.
